Christmas is coming and when it comes to training (and diet), let's face it, it's either a time of year you dread or embrace. It is possible however with a bit of clever forward thinking to fully enjoy this period of feasting and indulgence by planning a break or some down time to your schedule...and not worry about counting those mince pies (too much).
